Free Summer Yoga

Saturday, June 2 – Aug 18
9-10 am, in Palmer Park!

Outdoor free yoga classes for all skill levels will be held on Saturday mornings through August 18 (no class on June 30, ­Independence Day weekend; and July 28, when “Hotter than July” takes place in the park). Rainday makeup classes Tuesday, 6-7 pm.

Park in the pool parking lot off Merrill Plaisance; class will take place in the large clearing next to the lot. Bring your own mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in.

Yoga in the Park is made possible through the Active Living ­Detroit Mini Grants ­program, supported by the ­Detroit Food and Fitness Collaborative and Healthy ­Environments Partnership.
